In this week you will explore traditional and majestic sights of "La Perla del Caribe." Havana, the heart and soul of the Cuban island, Soroa, the largest "orquideario," cultivation of orchids in Cuba, and Viñales, one of the most beautiful landscapes of the island (excursions may be subject to change depending on the wishes and interests of travelers).
All stays are made in private homes and meals in "Paladares," privately owned restaurants that immerse you in the true Cuba.

Day 1 Friday
Havana
Morning flight to make the most of the day
Visit your home stay to meet the owners of the house and leave your luggage
Lunch
Hike through Old Havana and learn about the streets where some of Havana's most important historical events took place. Tour of the city in a classic car, visit the Plaza de la Revolución, the Malecón, and the Avenida del Puerto, among other influential places in Cuba's culture and history
Dinner and excursion to the Cañonazo

 
Day 2 Saturday
Soroa 
Breakfast and trip to Soroa.  Soroa is known as the "Rainbow of Cuba" offering a beautiful twenty-meter waterfall and stunning tropical mountains.  We will visit the largest orchid garden in Cuba and learn about its growing and cultivation process.  After lunch we will visit El Castillo de las Nubes.  Dinner and night out as you wish

 

Day 3 Sunday

Viñales

Breakfast. We will visit the Prehistoric Mural and the Viñales National Park. After lunch we set out for one of the most enigmatic and beautiful landscapes of the island, Viñales. There we will visit a tobacco plantation, the best in the world, and then take a guided tour on horseback through the valley. Finally, we can visit The Cave of the Indio or the Caves of Santo Tomas, exploring a natural and rural landscape.

 

Day 4 Monday

Viñales- Havana

Breakfast. Visit to La Casa de La Cultura. Lunch and return to Havana for a last minute trip through the capital

 

Day 5 Tuesday

Return to the United States
